I love making these ceramic whistles. They also make a lovely sound. Mine look like little teapots. The little tail is for looping through a strap to hange around the neck. :)

I made these salt and pepper shakers for the Etsy Mud Team contest. The were made with coils. Bunnies sit in a tray with carrots.

On our drive to Sea Ranch last weekend, Bailey wanted to sit in the floor board area near my feet. Here he is sleeping. So cute!

Most plants grow real well in my garden but I have the worst time with roses. I'm always surprised when I see a rose blossom. Here is a picture of one from last week - pink and yellow - very pretty!

When I work at home, Bailey lies next to me curled up in a ball in his bed with his orange pillow. What a life he leads.

Is it the weather? I feel so sleepy these days. I did a firing yesterday but have not had a chance to photograph the pieces. This sun is from the last firing. I might have to keep it in my own garden instead of selling it.

Last high fire had a few booboo's. One handle blew off of a colander I made for a friend. Another colander cracked at the bottom. My new ceramic sun didn't look right. I dunno, some days.... Here is a piece that turned out pretty good.

I did a cartoon series called "Bailey and Friends" for a local pet newspaper. It ran for about 8 months. This cartoon was my first panel titled "Downward Human". Bailey is doing yoga. I've made notecards with this cartoon - on sale at my etsy shop - www.baileybowls.etsy.com.

It has been a busy week. I'm burnt out. I did the farmer's market this past Saturday. I forgot to bring my camera to take pictures of my booth. I made some new friends and sold some of my berry colanders. Who can resist these when they are placed with farmer's market fresh fruit inside?

I did these Bailey plates recently. They are glazed with summer colors. I am starting a new series also - Luna Plates for Tom's Rhodesian Ridgeback which passed not too long ago. I'll post them when they are done.

Bailey has a new bed - it looks like a sofa - LOL!!! It now sits in the living room along with the other sofas. He looks comfy in it huh?

When we were up at Humboldt a few months ago, Bailey got to meet some goats at this one park. They were curious goats and very friendly.

TGIF...I'm tired and I have a headache. So glad work is over. Here is a nice picture of Bailey at the Blake gardens. It was nice and quiet the day I went. I think Bailey likes the Redwood grove the best.

Latest set of colanders that came out of the kiln were these. It was a high fire so the colors are very earthy and rich. I am slowly posting these up to etsy one at at time.
